Akhil Singhal

Akhil has more than six years of working experience as a technology and energy specialist to provide strategic advice and consultancy for policy development and implementation related to energy efficiency. He has a Master’s in Sustainability Science, Policy, and Society from Maastricht University, Netherlands and Bachelor in Instrumentation Engineering from Indraprastha University, New Delhi. He has worked on projects for bilateral and multilateral organizations, including projects from the GIZ, The World Bank, ADB, UNEP, UNDP and several other private stakeholders on cross-sectoral themes contributing to urban transformation in the Netherlands, Thailand, and India. At AEEE, he is currently leading the verticle on Advanced Technologies that focuses on Enhancing and Enabling access to Low Carbon Advanced Technologies. His mission is to enable and enhance access to sustainable and advanced technologies that impact the lives of a billion people.
