Ishita Sachdeva

Ms. Ishita Sachdeva is a post graduate in Environmental Economics and presently a Ph.D Candidate at University of Delhi. Ishita has a vast research experience on the subjects of Sustainable Development, Climate Change, Agriculture, Buildings, Clean Energy, Energy Efficiency and Health. Her doctoral thesis is broadly focused on the evaluation of India’s ongoing policies on Energy Conservation, Energy Efficiency and Clean Cooking. During her professional journey, she has worked at length with policy think tanks, governmental and academic institutions.
Ishita aspires to work in areas relevant to the implementation and evaluation of Energy Efficiency as a catalyst solution across sectors that corroborates the achievement of India’s commitments under Paris Agreement.
