Workshop on review of PAT Cycle
September 2, 2015
Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) and Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE) will be organising a half-day Workshop on “Review of PAT Cycle I: Learnings and Way Forward on September 2, 2015 from 3 pmonwards at Federation House, New Delhi. The initiative is being supported by ICF International India and Alliance for Energy Efficient Economy (AEEE).
As you are aware, the Perform, Achieve and Trade (PAT) Scheme introduced by BEE will be completing its first Cycle soon. Thereafter, the second Cycle of PAT will pave its way possibly with greater ramifications for the energy efficiency measures being undertaken. As one moves from the first cycle of the Scheme to the next, it is pivotal to take stock of Scheme’s achievements, shortcomings and most importantly the learnings for the future.
To make the exercise more meaningful and representative, FICCI is conducting a detailed survey with all Designated Consumers (DCs) and Empanelled Accredited Energy Managers (EmAEAs). The survey results will be analysed and presented to all stakeholders during the course of the Workshop. The Workshop has been structured to bring together all stakeholders including policymakers, DCs, EmAEAs, technology providers, domain experts, financial institutions etc. to make the discussions more focused and a truly learning experience for all.
A registration proforma for the Workshop is enclosed herewith.
