Nandini is a Human Resources professional with 17+ years of experience in strategic HR leadership, people strategy, talent management, organisational development, employee engagement, and culture building. She has worked with leading development sector organisations including American India Foundation, TeamLease Foundation, Save the Children India (now Bal Raksha Bharat), and Educate Girls, driving impactful people and organisational initiatives. At AEEE, she leads initiatives focused on culture strengthening, capability building, and strategic HR alignment. Her expertise includes Strategic HR Leadership, Organisational Design & Development, Talent Management & Development, and Culture Transformation & Change Management.
