Siddhant Mishra

Siddhant brings expertise in demand flexibility, data analytics, numerical computing, and power systems modelling. His work focused on implementing innovative strategies to enhance energy utilisation, projects involving demand flexibility potential estimation and dynamic programming solutions for the unit commitment problem.

Siddhant previously interned at the Alliance for an Energy Efficient Economy (AEEE), where he played a crucial role in estimating the Demand Flexibility Potential across different customer categories. His approach combined bottom-up modelling methodology with stakeholder consultations, ensuring accurate assessments and actionable insights.

Academically, Siddhant holds a Master’s degree in Renewable and Hydro Energy from the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Bilaspur. His commitment to excellence and passion for energy research are evident in his academic and professional achievements.

Siddhant’s contributions have been recognised with the Chhattisgarh State Power Generation Corporation Hydro Award at IIT Roorkee, highlighting his dedication to advancing the energy field.
